This is the starting point for a short virtual field trip to a subtropical shoreline in the Florida Keys. Start at the left image to get a broad view of the location, then click on the small images or the icons to zoom in on the detail of the shoreline sediments. By the end of this field trip, you should have some understanding of the processes which control carbonate sedimentation in such settings.
