View to the east showing shallow north-easterly dipping beds of unit 26 cut by a north-easterly trending fault. The presence of the fault is shown by two typical features:

  1. lack of exposure due to preferential erosion in the zone of fracturing;

  2. flexuring of the beds adjacent to the fault on the NW side.

Scale: approx. width of outcrop in foreground is 50 m.
